We loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient being just a few steps away from the Chit Lom BTS station. The staff here are really friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The rooms were large and had plenty of natural light, with comfy beds and pillows, and a spacious clean bathroom.

We loved the spacious Platinum suite that we were upgraded to upon arrival. The room was filled with natural light and made us feel at home. The friendly hospitality of the staff made our stay unforgettable. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near major shopping malls and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The surprise birthday cake for my mom was a lovely touch and added a personal touch to our stay.

The room service meals were overpriced and not worth the cost. I was shocked at the high price of a simple noodle dish that would typically be much cheaper in other restaurants.

Staying in this hotel was a great decision. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the high level of cleanliness and the great hotel facilities. The transportation here was also exceptional, as it was located close to the skytrain, making it easy to access various parts of this city. The hotel's central location also made it easy to find many great bars and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel was situated very close to many of the big shopping malls, which was a huge plus. And let's not forget the amazing staff who were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

This hotel is in a great location, very near from many shopping centers and in the center of everywhere you want to be. The rooms are spacious and clean, with helpful and friendly housekeeping. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The concierge staff and manager are attentive to details and provide excellent service. The lobby is pretty and the hotel is next to a nice shopping center.

The price is a bit on the high side compared to other hotels in the same area.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Bangkok for a week-long vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel's location near the Chit Lom BTS station and shopping centers couldn't have been better. The gym was well-equipped and refreshing with towels and water provided. The breakfast spread was fantastic, although it would have been even better with the addition of Thai desserts. my experience at Holiday Inn was luxurious, with a nice restaurant, helpful staff, and a perfect location near public transport and renowned shopping malls.

The room was excellent and the majority of the staff were professional. The location was convenient and the breakfast spread could be better. However, the aircon setting couldn't be adjusted and the room was a bit cold. The frontdesk and concierge staff were friendly and helpful.
